Hien brings over a decade of real estate experience, supported by a strong foundation in communications, marketing, and public relations across education, luxury brands, consumer goods, and residential development. Prior to co-founding CGP Realty Group with her husband, Khai Tran, Hien served as Senior Marketing Manager for one of the largest privately held homebuilders in North America. In that role, she gained deep insight into market positioning, buyer psychology, new construction strategy, and land development. As a co-founder of CGP Realty Group, Hien plays an integral role in shaping the team’s operations, marketing strategy, and client experience. She approaches every transaction with intention, precision, and a commitment to excellence.

Hien holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University, with a specialization in strategic communication. She leverages this expertise to craft tailored negotiation and marketing strategies designed to align with each client’s goals. Her areas of focus include luxury homes, new construction, first-time buyers, and investment properties. More than just facilitating transactions, Hien prioritizes long-term relationships built on trust, transparency, and thoughtful guidance.

Outside of real estate, Hien treasures time with her family and believes in creating meaningful experiences together. She especially loves traveling, exploring new places around the world, and discovering great food along the way!
